To prove up the yield potential of a site for sale, a feasibility study was undertaken, confirming a design that would accommodate a 90 bed Residential Aged Care Facility, 97 Independant Living Apartments, community centre and associated public garden spaces. Two proposals were put forward to provide the client with options for the site, exploring varied parameters.
