Preliminary design and town planning documentation were completed for a new 40 Independant Living Apartment building, Community facility and provider office at Boronia Road for Glengollan Village.

Located close to the Boronia CBD, the proposed Retirement Living development has been designed utilising sustainable strategies to promote a healthy living environment for the future residents.
