This 2 storey, 3 bed and carport modular housing system was designed to be constructed from elements prefabricated at a factory offsite. The 2 main components have been sized to fit onto the back of a truck and transported to their location where they are craned into place.

Minor connection and services works are then undertaken to finalise the build. The houses are able to be used for lifestyle, holiday and temporary / emergency accommodation with the benefit of providing a reduced footprint and ease of relocation if needed.
