A base building upgrade and fit-out has been planned for an existing 2 storey warehouse. The program was reworked to improve the entry and flow of users, creating distinction between the two tenancies. The ground floor will be fit-out to accommodate the needs of a cat-only veterinary practice, with level one upgraded for an office tenancy.
