This house extension bring coherency of space through a seamless addition to a heritage protected brick home. The dining area, kitchen and laundry within the existing footprint were re-organised, improving the efficiency of the existing program. An additional bedroom with generous closet space and study for two was planned, including a north facing deck and fire pit which links to the original living room, bringing the outdoors in.
