Working in conjunction with Connect PM, NOCK ARCHITECTURE P/L has completed preliminary design and town planning documentation for a new 40 unit apartment (ILU) building, community facility and provider office at 65 Boronia Road for Glengollan Village.

Located close to the Boronia CBD, the proposed retirement living development has been designed utilising sustainable strategies to promote a healthy living environment for the future residents.
